The RPG system

Everything runs through /rpg: levels, attributes, prestige, experience and quests. The base guide to your character.

What lives in /rpg

The old /xp skill tree was removed from the server: all progression now lives in /rpg.

  • Your character's skills and attributes.
  • Augments, passives and classes.
  • Prestige and level progression.
  • Party and dungeon quests.
  • Leaderboards and a profile with a 3D avatar.

Experience and prestige

The system rewards progressing and punishes easy farming. These are the current rules:

  • The base experience cap per kill is 10,000, but it scales up much earlier with your level.
  • The more you have prestiged, the higher your experience cap per kill.
  • Boss kills carry a x2 multiplier on the cap.
  • Farming gates far below your level gives progressively less experience.

Mob levels

Mobs scale to YOUR level, not to the zone. Wherever you are, the enemies that spawn will match you.

This lets newcomers wander off to build without meeting impossible monsters, and lets veterans keep levelling and prestiging anywhere on the map.

Spending points

You can concentrate up to 85% of your available points into a single attribute (the cap used to be 60%), so specialised builds are viable.

Quests

  • Dailies — 5 Silver (500 copper) each. They no longer grant augment rerolls.
  • Weeklies (A-Rank Outbreak, Raid Veteran, Prestige) — 25 Silver (2,500 copper).
  • Completing every quest of the day can reach 1 Gold daily.

Useful commands

  • /rpg — main character interface.
  • /quest — daily and weekly missions.
  • /lvl claim — recover rewards that failed to deliver.
  • /raidstats — damage statistics from your raids.
